Waiting patiently. I'm betting at least one of the undercard fights will be really good. The other 2 not so much since Mayweather always wants/demands his fighters on the card. I don't blame him but I wish they were better fighters. it will be a better overall PPV card then Pac/Bradley on 4/12. I predict that Showtime will double HBO PPV numbers.

Floyd listen, 10 to 20 years from now the argument will be : He is not an all-time great he ducked Manny, he was scared of losing his "0" . He was chicken and fought nobodies in his last fights. He ducked the greatest fighter of that era Manny Pacquiao. Floyd , sorry you did not make the top 100 fighters.

To think you actually believe this.. Scared to lose his "0", I doubt it. Why is the guy still training? The funds this man has is enough to retire, yet he still happens to train and win. The Mayweather- Pacman stunt will go on until they fight, which I still believe they will, but don't hold your breath on a great fight. Mayweather's skillset Vs Pacman's skillset proves a lopsided decision win in the obvious man's favor.

Promotion.. you gotta love it, the legend of the Pacman of old is still in favor of the boxing fans to bring home a win against Mayweather. Then when the 2 step in the ring, reality will start to sink in.. Pacquiao was a great fighter, Mayweather was a technically better fighter who's style was made for winning, not entertaining. The entertainment was used up in his pre fight antics.. The guy pulls viewers in.. Genius. His haters are his fans by keeping his name in their mouths and hopeful minds.

This is news? Is Boxingscene a boxing journalism site or just a rumor mill? Where have you gone, Bert Sugar and Michael Katz?

Not the least bit surpised Floyd is taking this long. I know how sensitive he is. He's delaying the public backlash as long as possible.

OK, .....If it's between those two, whatever .... yes, Maidana should have the edge but those 2 should not have been high on Floyd's radar. That is my point! ..... but you were using Bradley and Manny to try to convince me that Maidana is a good pick for Floyd. Not logical!

Remember that Maidana lost at WW to a guy who coincidentally lost to Bradley and Porter. Maidana had to do more than beat Broner, who was fighting at 130 not too long ago to convince me that he has improved to the point that it will be a tough fight for Floyd. This formula has already been used before by Floyd. Before it was Berto now its Broner .....

I would say it's quite logical, but we can agree to disagree. If it's OK for Manny to fight Rios, and Bradley to fight Ruslan, then it should be more than OK for Floyd to choose Maidana. If Floyd chooses Khan, who has done nothing @ WW, it is no different than Manny choosing Rios, who was coming off a loss @ 140. Bradley almost got beat by a guy in his first fight @ WW. I'm trying to show the hypocrisy, not beat down Manny and Bradley!

True he should be fighting the more dangerous Lucas, rather than Maidana. But apparently Maidana is more qualified as he beat Broner? Which means Floyd is on the same level as Broner. We should see Floyd and Broner equally.

But it took JMM four goes to put Pac to sleep. Who knows, if Floyd rematched JMM now, it would only take JMM 2 times to put Floyd to sleep. So you cant really try putting Pac down with those type arguments.
Yes Floyd makes the Maidanas of this world look like nobodies. Why don't he do it to the likes of Pac, Bradley and GGG and Sergio or Lucas? If he fights Lucas, people are not likely to say he is ducking Madiana the man who beat Broner now are they?

Why is Pac fighting Bradley having just came off of a KO. Bradley is Floyds future superfight?

Hugh, you really believe the crap you post, don't you? It took four attempt for Marquez to sleep Pacquiao, Pacquiao has yet to get ONE conginciing win against him. Maybe the 5th time eh?

Also, if Marquez could do the same to Mayweather, why did he totally balk at any attempt to try. "You saw what happened the first time. It's best if he goes his way and I go mine" is exactly what Marquez said. In other words he knows he was well beaten and would be again. When has Marquez ever said that if he thought otherwise?

Find something else to do because talking boxing isn't for you.
