I understand why some of Floyd's fans are impatient about Floyd's decision, but what i don't understand is why his usual critics cares about his decision at all. As a Floyd fan, I'm not really looking forward to his fight in May, i feel the same way about his next fight as i felt when he fought Guerrero or even worse if the opponent is, Amir Khan.

I'd accept the Maidana fight, but it's pretty much on the same caliber as the Guerrero fight was. But as far as people/critics complaining about Floyd playing the waiting game, why is that so important to you if you don't really care about who he fights next? Cotto-Martinez, Pacquiao-Bradley, etc, are way more interesting fights than Floyd's next fight in May.

Let's settle the dispute with a 3 rd. boxing match, arum gets to use loaded wraps since he's near 90.

I agree. I see this May fight as nothing more than a tune-up/stay busy bout. Now of course, because its Floyd. So they're gonna try and put syrup on **** and tell us its pancakes. But there's nothing they could say that's gonna make me spend 70 bucks to see it. But it is what he is. Hey, at least he's active. Seems like I've heard that somewhere before.

TR and GB fighting over Khan and Bradley. Who woulda thunk? They're also the two fighters we were all frothing to see fight each other at one time.

I'm mostly alone in my belief on this site, that Prime Khan was devastating. Fastest combinations in boxing, and punches like a whip. But a boxers time in the sun is usually never, and when a boxer does get time in the sun, it's often for a brief time.

You never know, some boxers get knocked out multiple times and still have amazing careers. But Khan just didn't look like the 5 punch per second guy he used since Garcia.

BUT, we have to remember Khan did just beat a guy, who most people think beat Shawn Porter. And Shawn Porter is being touted as the top dog WW outside of Pac and Floyd, of course.

I aint gonna comment on everything regarding this beef, cause I dont really know enough. But one thing I noticed is that Arum says Floyd is just stringing Kahn along, ad making him wait. And blames Floyd and GBP for Kahns dry spell. Can someone tell me how that makes sense, because even a novelty beginner of a boxing fan that I am, have known since the the new contract Floyd signed with Showtime, what dates he was gonna fight. First Saturday in the month of May, right? I am baffled..
