so where is the range if the fight has a maximum of 155? 155-155 is not a range therefore it's not a middleweight fight. the middleweight limit is 160, if the opponent is not allowed to come in at that weight, it is not a middleweight fight. to suggest otherwise is dumb. if he chooses to come in at 155 then that's fine, but if he's not ALLOWED to come in higher then it's not a middleweight fight. 155 is closer to jr. middleweight than it is to middleweight.

and yes, divisions ARE weight limits i.e. 160 which is why a limit of 155 is not a middleweight fight.

Lol, Serg had been disrespecting Cotto in public for a couple years now and no one says anything. Cotto is now disrespecting him the G way, with his pockets and his pride. You all some young folks. Cotto never talks publicly, so this is his way of ***** slappung Serg.

I'm thinking along these lines. Usually it's not a good thing to come into a fight angry, but Martinez seems like the kind of guy that takes his anger and channels it into real motivation. The head games only serve to make Sergio more determined. That's a dangerous and unnecessary thing.

You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. You sound utterly ignorant or misinformed. I Don't know you so I don't know which one to label you. But you're one of the two.

How has Martinez disrespected Cotto? Not trying to say he hasn't, just wondering cause I don't really recall anything off the top of my head

Good! Sounds Like Sergio Is Coming To Fight; That Gets Him KO'd!

Don't run, don't taunt. Show up and get retired by Cotto.

FYI Martinez comes in at 159 for all his MW fights. He gave nothing to Cotto in the way of a weight advantage.
