Manny Pacquiao might use Miguel Cotto as Sparring Partner

local media in the philippines reported that pacquiao might use stablemate cotto as sparring partner to prepare for the bradley fight. pacquiao's camp are trying to secure accomodation for cotto to come and train in general santos city, pacquiao's home turf.

sources close to the pacquiao camp said cotto has pretty much the same style as bradley. i don't know about you guys but pacquiao-cotto sparring session is something most people would pay for. ever since cotto's loss to pacquiao, cotto has improved and pacquiao might be in for a surprise.

    your thoughts?

He should. Miguel would be great sparring for Pacquiao, not sure about the Bradley comparison though.

I would pay to see that ****

This absolutely best case scenario. Manny gets help from one of the best boxer-punchers in the game, and Cotton gets help from one of the fastest elusive guys in the game which helps him against Sergio. It makes their odds of inning so much greater.

it's a win-win for both fighter. pacquiao able to prepare for bradley's speed and movement while cotto prepares for martinez's punches from odd angles and southpaw stance. should be good sparring

Pac should be sparring shawn porter for bradley. No better replica out there for him. but the Cotto vs Pac sparring is mutually beneficial.

I don't think he wants to spar Porter anymore. Porter hurt him on more than one occasion in sparring and Pac needed a few time outs.
