I don't think he is trying to make a hardest all time punchers list, man. He is asking only between those that he mentioned, I think. Doesnt mean that he doesn't consider those you mentioned.

I came up with the list literally in about 1 minute. I took no time at all to think of it, and Miguel cotto is not one of the hardest punchers p4p. He accumulates and takes a toll.
I didn't include any of the guys you named because they're still relatively new
