That said I don't think we'll see Fury stepping up any time soon,he's had a couple of chances to face Wlad and rebuffed them both.

And Wilder I think he will be exposed by Arreola or Stiverne, he likely wont get a chance to face Wlad, unless Wlad makes a habit of picking guys coming off of multiple losses going into a fight with him, which lets be serious, that won't happen,Wlad only fights guys with at least a little credibility and unbeaten prospects, and obviously not forgetting his mandatories, which he never ducks as he wants all the 4 meaningful belts for himself, much to the dismay and butthurt of his haters.

your entire post is fantasy based but ok i'll indulge your delusions

he didn't tear through the last wave of fighters. he beat about half of them and the half that suited his style. guess who fought the other half?

wlad already ducked chisora twice, he's fighting alex leapai who was dominated and ko'd by kevin johnson....what a brilliant start he's off to!

pinata had credibility? wach had credibility? shot mormeck had credibility? shot peter? shot brewster? ray austin? the only place these guys had credibility is in bumville!

Bumville is the same place Jennings,Wilder,Fury,Chisora and Perez will reside after Wlad beats them.

This does nothing for his legacy.

He will retire without even an ATG win under his belt.

The fighters you mention had plenty of credibility when Wlad fought them, they were either mandatory fights or undefeated contenders, except Mormeck (David Haye's best win second to Valuev). And 'Wlad ducked Chisora', wuhuuu

Neither of those fighters had credibility. It doesn't matter whether they were undefeated or not. They were all crap, which is why Wlad had to build them up to something they weren't.

Even Wlad and Steward said they didn't want to fight mormeck, but he was the only one available - so you can stop defending it.

And btw, Mormeck - when Haye beat him, he had been the cruiserweight champ for years and years. When Wlad beat him he hadn't been in the ring for 2 years, was fat, had been knocked out by Haye and basically had hardly had a heavyweight fight.

That was by far the worst of the lot.

Mormeck was not a good opponent at the time, and Wlad's own fans didn't like it. But the others - plenty of credibility. It's funny how e-warriors like yourself call pro fighters 'crap' and 'bums' all the time, as if it gives you a fucking payday or something.

Wlad can and will continue to fight whoever, whenever, wherever and his fans will pay for it as you paid to watch Haye vs Harrison, simply to watch your sporting hero.

I haven't the least care in the world who he fights between his mandatories,as long as he doesn't duck a mandatory I couldn't care less,he hasn't to press and never will.all the while hurtling on breaking more and more records in the mean time.

Mormeck will be a good name on his résumé when all is said and done, history will look back favourably on Mormeck and there in bold black and white it will say Wlad vanquished the dude in 4.besides I hadn't a problem with Mormeck at the time,Wlad had been inactive 8 full months and was using the fight as a tune up until the winner of the IBF fight off was to be determined between Chambers and Thompson, which obviously Chambers subsequently withdraw from,Wlad had arranged Mormeck 3 months previously after he was injured if I recall correctly.besides it took the Klitschko road show right in front of the French media, building his fan base along the way.i think some of you guys who are butthurt at the fact Wlad fights mediocre opposition, need to understand boxing is a commercial business, and their careers are considerably shorter than your own.that is if you have a career in anything other than hating.

Neither was Thompson, Wach, Pianeta, Leapai et al. It's simply not a high standard for a heavyweight champion to fight this kind of level for the vast majority of a 2-3 year period.

They had no credibility whatsoever. I'll excuse Thompson and Leapai because they were/are mandatories, but in terms of talent and accomplishment they had no credibility.

It's embarrassing for Wlad that he has to fight this kind of level, and even more embarrassing for you that you try to defend it.

That's a pretty funny statement coming from a guy who continuously calls David Haye, a former 2 division world champion, a coward and a nobody.

I don't have the time to read through your fanboy bs. It's boring me.

I did fall upon this gem though and no, history will not look favourably upon the Mormeck fight at all.

Even though you admitted previously that Wladimir fought the best available.

Even though you previously acknowledged that Wlad fought the best of his generation. Talk about hypocrisy.

Of course I did - How could I deny that? He's fought plenty of good fighters in his time - the best the era has to offer.

And it wasn't even a criticism of Wlad particularly that he'd been fighting the level he has, because he's also a victim of circumstance.

It must be painful for him that the only guys willing to step up were guys like pianeta and wach.

That doesn't make it less embarrassing for you that you try to defend it saying they have credibility when they clearly did not.
