If the ball was in his court, trainer Robert Garcia would do everything possible to prevent his fighters from taking part in a drug testing protocol being regulated by VADA [Voluntary Anti-Doping Association]. Garcia says he feels much more comfortable with having USADA [United States Anti-Doping Agency] handle the testing.

Garcia says his trust with VADA was broken, when the organization handled the drug testing for Brandon Rios' fight with Manny Pacquiao last November. Rios tested positive for a banned substance, with trace amounts of Dimenthylamylamine (DMAA) found. The substance is used to assist with weight loss and performance.

vada aren't the drug collectors

there are oversees drug collectors and US drug collectors

vada and usada hire the same organizations for collecting as far as i remember

what garcia got was an incompetent employee from the drug collecting company, either incompetent or a new guy

as a trainer of fighters who would you rather use....especially when your paycheck depends on if the fight takes place or not. if your fighter gets busted no money. go with the sure thing and usada. they couldn't catch a nose bleed!

USADA catches them, they just destroy the tests.

Of course Garcia doesn't like VADA. VADA actually busts dirty fighters and doesn't report to the promoter. Their test results go straight to the commissions. Garcia is so ignorant on the topic of PED testing. He's like a chick with a cheating boyfriend. Instead if getting mad at the cheating man she gets angry at the other chick. Direct your anger at Ariza and your ****** doping fighter, not VADA. Dummy.

Donaire taking VADA all year round and its been for few years now and we dont hear Garcia complaining about it coz Donaire is clean... suddenly Garcia changes tune when one of his fighter caught by VADA! ****ing clown!

May be Roidios is juicing, but defenitly the way VADA cunducted the test is unproffessional, and not world class standard precedure, lame way of doing it IMO.
