I hate it when people act like morales was shot in the 2nd fight,,, the guy had just beaten famoso, n Chavez for 130 belts, lost belts to Barrera in a foty caliber fight cameback and beat a rampaging manny in a great fight, went up in weight and fought the very slick Raheem who's style would be a nightmare for anyone and morales got out pointed by a wide margin, but he didn't take a massive beating... Then he fights a manny rematch and gets ko'd late..l
Morales was still operating on a high level,,, I think manny in the first fight weakened morales' punch resistance, especially in the 12th rd when morales went southpaw and got lit up.. I think that damaged his punch resistance...
Morales wasn't shot, he still could perform at a high level, his chin just couldn't withstand the shots from manny

People are just dumb. They say he was shot before but he gave a very good fight and probably won the fight vs Floyd next opponent (Maidana). He gave a good fight VS Garcia the 1st time too. Still some dumbasses say he was shot many years before those fights. Let the dumbs talk its useless to try to make them understand. De La Hoya was shot vs Manny.. that one I agree. But Morales... Hell no!!!

So for u Morales was shot? What happened when he for me and alot of people he beat Floyd next opponent? (Maidana)... What happened when he gave hell to Garcia in the 1st fight? How long was the fight with Manny was it again? Manny is an ATG same as Floyd ( I bring up Floyd name since I know hes the only reason why u and some other fans hate on Manny). Too many dumb fans on this forum. Dumb Manny fans and dumb Floyd fans. They both ATG and will be legends when they both hang them up. Manny resume is fire!!
