It is ... BUT Floyd ends up in the same stance using the shoulder roll (leaning to the side with the shoulder covering half of the head and most of the times leaning down) and Maidanas punches come from up top so he is bound to land some bombs. His punches are designed to land unconventionally over the shoulder roll.

If they have the effect they should, it could be lala land for Floyd!! WAR MAIDANAAAA!!

It won't be as bad as Povetkin v Klitschko, that's for sure.

Floyd and Broner do nothing alike there similarities is that both are boxers and African Americans thats where it stops.

Floyd never knocked Canelo down, nor Guerrero, nor Cotto, nor old Shane, etc.
two bonafide HOF'ers and one with the the potential to Povetkin will never see the HOF.

Having a quick read through this thread, a lot are once again underrating Maidana. May 3rd Maidana will impress and Floyd will get hurt or dropped, maybe even stopped. Win or lose Maidana will give Floyd a good fight, this is not a mismatch. The Devon fight doesn't guarantee a repeat, fighters improve and can beat other fighters.
