This, and the 15 variations of 'he has a puncher's chance', pretty much sums up my feelings on the fight. I love Chino, and I think he's been pretty consistently underrated when it comes to his ability to 'get it done' (even if it isn't pretty), but I wouldn't put money on him getting it done this time. But I can hope.

Maidana looks focused, and determined. I am inspired.
Fair point on conditioning. Im getting psyched as well, I was pushing for this fight to be made ever since Maidana beat Broner..but I get more and more hopeful of Maidana's chances as I see him train. I see the eye of the tiger in Chino

            Seriously????

The bat thing is to work the hips. That's where you generate all your power. Whether you are swinging a bat or throwing something (including a punch). Any good trainer in basically any sport is going to train you on loosening and strengthening/making the hips more explosive.

Look like they are working akward punches instead of what they usually do.

I wonder who they will use for sparring partners; there are alot of low budget Mayweather clones running the USA for Maidana to spar against; can't think of to many people who fight like Maidana. They have said Roger has slowed down alot on pads which is why he isn't the head trainer but he would def have Floyd fight more agressive vs Chino than Sr.will.

How in the hell would Maidana lose by KO? Some people must be high.. Floyd has never packed serious heat behind his punches, and Maidana has the heart of a champion, so cross that result off the list.
Maidana by Decision is very unlikely, but them again, he decisioned Broner, so idk, better odds than KO result tbh.
Maidana by KO is a possible result, very unlikely though.
Mayweather by Decision is about 95% certain.. But I'll root for Marcos.. Dat heart.
