Chasing people is what Maidana does. Unless Mayweather flatout runs and pot shots the whole time, Maidana is going to look decent in this fight even if he gets shut out. Mayweather hasn't fought someone willing to go all out on him since Hatton. Hatton certainly isn't the puncher Maidana is although he's a bit quicker.
Can a pot shot and clinch keep the current Maidana off of Floyd Jr.?

I'm not betting on it. That's for sure.

I like Chino in this fight. He roughs up every opponent -- Money Mayweather's weakness.

Even in the Devon Alexander fight, the old Chino was able to bust up Devon's face within the first two rounds.

Devon was a 25-year-old with fresh legs and chalk full of raging testosterone.

Floyd is an aging 38-year-old who can't rely on his precious testosterone replacement therapy anymore; The Nevada State Athletic Commission recently banned it.

Mayweather is not a bucking bronco, leg wise... (The way Alexander was.)

Mayweather is also not strong enough to hurt Maidana or keep him off.

Bottom line, Money Mayweather is ripe for the picking. Due for a loss by the Argentine bull -- full of Alpha male aggression, animal-like power, and experience.

Chino perfectly embodies a bull, in the way he looks and fights.

Mayweather embodies an old used-up cow, ready to be slaughtered. Fittingly so. After all, he is the self-proclaimed "cash cow" of boxing.

You dislike Maidana just cause he's not a pretty boxer.

Well, go educate yourself; he's effective.

82 percent of Marcos Maidana's opponents got knocked the **** out. Now that's what I call effective!

Only 18 percent of El Chino's opponents have went the distance with him. And most of them take a lot of damage and get knocked down, i.e. Adrien Broner knock downs, Erik Morales right eye, Amir Khan was in a life-and-death fight, Devon Alexander held on for dear life so Chino couldn't get his punches off, and Andriy "Turtle Up" Kotelnik got clubbed upside the head repeatedly despite his high guard.

Also, you said "That he's less talented." Where are your facts? You're just talking **** on Chino cause he's a brawler. Come with facts, otherwise you have no credibility and should be treated as a Maidana hater/Mayweather lover.

Geez... Maidana sure does cover distance quickly for being "flatfooted" and all...

Seriously, just look at how Maidana teleports to his opponent who is trying to box and stay on the outside. He doesn't lose balance or telegraph his movements. Great fighter, brawler, and puncher.

Watch closely. Marcos counters Josesito Lopez. Chino waits for Lopez to extend his left arm; he had a gift waiting for him.

Even Floyd Mayweather himself alludes to Marcos Maidana's defensive skills.

VIDEO PROOF OF MARCOS MAIDANA'S DEFENSIVE SKILLS (VERY IMPRESSIVE, CONSIDERING HE'S A BRAWLER)

Even Mayweather sees the **** that the geniuses on this board act like doesn't exist, i.e. Maidana skills.
