If Maidana has 3 sets of the (SAME) gloves to choose from........why did 1 pair have less padding than the others?

They are suppose to be the same.
It's also ironic that the less padded pair was the pair chosen by team Maidana.

Did Team Maidana try some funny business with the gloves which now has Team Mayweather skeptical?

No one has said there was an issue with padding apart from Ellerbe. The commissions's issue was that the gloves weren't wrapped.

I don't think you understand how the gloves situation works. Or you have to be incredibly ****** to think the glove maker would somehow make a special glove and let Maidana know which one to pick.

There is a lot of confusion about the situation. People can't read. Only Ellerbe thus far has claimed insufficient padding.

The way gloves are chosen is they first have to bring the gloves to the commission they have several people check them, than during the weigh in or after they have either the trainer, chief second or the fighter pick the gloves out. they have tons of people watching them in the back, the trainer will try them on and will pick the one that feels the hardest or firmest, especially if you are a puncher you don't want a lose or soft glove. Once the gloves are picked they sign them off, they have to pick a few pairs I believe just in case something happens to the first choice.

See how Floyd slaps the gloves he wants the hardest firmest glove possible, so this crap is weird going on.
