You mean when he landed one punch, after getting out classed and dominated for 7 straight rounds? Unlikely. Sillakh couldn't make the weight anymore, and he got annihilated by Kovalev in the worst possible way.

At cruiserweight the talent level is significantly less than it is at 175. Sillakh has a good chance at winning a title there.

Marco Huck, Wlod, Guillermo Jones. These guys are not great champions. They are very beatable.

I could see him beating one of those guys. Probably Wlod.

Yes. He exposed that shaky chin for the world to see.

He is taking a weak chin to a higher weight division!! Not a good move. And before anyone uses the pathetic excuse that he was knocked out twice due to weight issues, that is a myth. He was known in the AM's as having a weak chin and even the ESPN crew mentioned that when he fought on ESPN a while back. His weak chin will be punched by heavier fighters now.

Lulz Let me guess you don't follow the division much. CW is deep right now Sillakh won't get past the contenders forget about the Champions which include Lebedev and Hernandez who would both kill him. Drozd, Makabu, Kalenga, Kucher, Kudryashov, Usyk, Glowacki, Chakhkiev, Afolabi are very solid fighters and they're all legitimate CW punchers. These LHW's moving up are going to get destroyed.

I'm not surprised since his last judgment call was fighting Kovalev.

What is he supposed to do?

He's a chinny fighter that has been exposed as not being able to handle a punch or get up from KDs...He can't go any further down in weight, so he will go up and just hope for the best.

In terms of career moves that is the best option and you don't need a consultant to tell you that.

Maybe he gets lucky and wins some fights at cruiser and somehow maybe gets a shot and makes some money...

At this point he is just trying to make the best of the situation as he probably has no skills outside of the ring and needs to make money somehow...
