Comments Thread For: Chisora: In The Summer, Me and Fury Will Get it On!

Dereck Chisora remained on course for a rematch with heavyweight rival Tyson Fury after a dominant points win over Kevin Johnson. Chisora floored Johnson heavily in the fifth round and looked to be on the verge of stopping the American for the first time, but he survived the storm and forced the Londoner to dig deep in the latter rounds. Chisora's efforts were acknowledged by the judges who gave him the win with scores of 118-109, 118-110 and 118-109. He can now look ahead to a summer showdown with Fury, who defeated him on points back in 2011.

I wonder who they'll be matched with in their next tune-ups? Both look pretty vulnerable.

Chisora - Fury II is now much warranted. Make it a huge outdoor event in London this summer.

I don't think there'll be any 'tune-ups' if they fight over the summer.

I'm actually taking Chisora here unless Fury lands a big shot. I think Chisora on his A game is the better fighter in shape. However if the Haye fight proved anything its Chisora gets wild and easily lured into haymaker brawls when emotional. So if Fury can work him up in the prefight I'd bet on him to score the KO.

Can't remember if I read or heard it,but Fury is back in April.not sure if that applies to both Fury and Chisel.Fury signed up for a three fight deal with Warren.

Personally id love to see Povetkin vs Chisora, the chance of seeing Povetkin Fury if he dispatched Vhisora I should imagine would be quite high.

I so don't want to see Chisora v Fury. Chisora has little chance going by the first fight and losing to haye.

Nothing to gain for Fury, I want Wilder or anyone else to be honest.

Fury is always good to watch and not just because he has the most entertaining chin in boxing. The ***** comes to throw leather. I'd pay to watch him fight Wlad even though it would likely be a clone of Patterson against Tom McNeeley or Mike Tyson against Peter McNeeley.
