They did a bad PR job, whatever. They said he's not HBO approved, which is obvious if you follow boxing at all

Lara is a nobody at this time. Only hard core fans know who he is. Lara right now is hungry and wants these big fights and you cant blame him but he needs to keep building his name and impressing and those fights will come
But, but Sergio been ducking even though he hasn't been in a damn boxing ring for a year? It's not like GGG is a huge star either....no one that I know in my day to day activities knows who he is but more than a few know who Pac and Floyd are. Both guys are on the come up but Lara is fora damn sure a legit challenge and GGG's last fight wasn't on HBO so I don't know why HBO has to even be in the conversation.

Adama wasn't on HBO. Ishida wasn't on HBO.

Really, you don't get it? When GGG fights in the US, HBO televises. When GGG fights in Monaco, HBO gets first dibs. Not that complicated, right?

Anyway, props to Sergio if he accepts the challenge, lets see how his promoter feels about it now.

            Just wait and see herobando.

I bet hbo stop their beef with gbp. Their ratings are gonna take a hit if they continue like they are.

Come on now...all GGG's diehard fans blame Sergio when it comes to something DiBella says in regard to GGG so now people get to see what happens when that karma wheel rolls around. Sanchez runs his mouth, a bit too much for my liking and a bit too much for his own good as well imo.

I can see GGG doing to Lara what all Rigo fans claim he does to his opponents. Get him shook from just one shot. Except GGG will continue to do damage unlike Rigo and most likely stop Lara.

I don't get all this crap about GGG ducking Lara. Movement?? Please , Lara does a lot of things good. But why are people acting like he has ever dominated a top opponent. How many close fights has he been in???

That'd be great, lets hope it happens. Then if they keep making excuses about Lara, I'll own up, and happily bet all my points on GGG if it happens.

Just as likely some GBP fighters will cross over by switching promoters. That's cause Showtime cannot support their high priced stable.

Yeah I get it.......if HBO doesn't approve a fight, then don't fight on HBO....neither guy is from the states anyway. Stop making excuses.
