Apparently Provodnikov isn't worth it, but Alvarado is? I will lose all my respect for Marquez if this fight comes to fruition.

Marquez being last man standing mexican legend. He's IMO greatest mexican boxer ever and very underrated coz of bull**** losses vs top ranked fraud Arum's puppet.

Those new mexican boxers like Alvarez, Chavez jr, Rios etc. are pathetic jokes.

I mean guy has only lost to Mayweather and Bradley. Been fighting everyone best around.

He will always be there - on the hill.

So u shouldn't talk like that as if he ain't deserved something.

If he's wanting a shot at the Bradley Vs Pacquiao winner, then i can see his reasoning in taking a fight against Alvarado first,. As oppose to Ruslan, who is much more dangerous.

IMO Marquez Vs Alvarado isn't such a bad fight in itself..a win there shouldn't earn him a pop at the Bradley/Pacquiao winner though.

Marquez beat Bradley 8 to 4. At the very least it was a draw. Bradley also lost to Provodnikov and Pacman. He is a hoax and everyone is on him for no reason. Marquez vs Bradley was a draw. No way did he outbox Marquez. Why cuz he ran the whole fight and landed weak punches? Sounds like a great win.

No, it was okay that he took a shot to take down Bradley, that made sense.

This fight however that he is targeting, makes absolutely NO SENSE.

Especially after he said it wasn't a big enough draw for Provodnikov...then he chooses Alvarado.

If there was ever a "duck" (I hate that word) then this is the definition of it!
