Didn't Pacquiao just fight the guy who lost to the guy who just quit on his stool? The excuse was that Pacquiao was coming off of a loss. Well Marquez is coming off of a loss and a tough bout with Pacquiao; all things considered it is perfectly reasonable for him to take a soft touch.

Didnt Alvarado get tko'd by Rios? Didnt they rematch and Alvarado RAN the entire fight...making it a snooze fest boring fight. Rios lost with NO abuse. At all. Manny on the other hand...was coming off a year lay off anf being thatRios lost was more than a sparring session fight with Alvarado running...he took a rugged fresh Rios...who stood No punishment.
