Khan is a fcking warrior!!

If he was such a warrior why did he have to try and drain two crappy welterweights (senchenko & diaz)?
a warrior would have met them in the ring and gotten it on.Comment

He did meet Diaz in the ring, and got it on. And he did your favourite aswell, he got up off the canvas to win.
Generally we all know Khan has great heart anyway but this thread was more to highlight against Garcia to fight the way he fought after the first KD, with a **** chin and as hurt as he was, just goes to show you how much of a warrior he is.
He went out on his shield, and for a keyboard warrior like yourself that may not mean much, but for people who understand the heart and courage it would take to survive that and still want more, it was something to appreciate.Comment

so you avoided the question and then brought up the ol' keyboard warrior schtick. Ok I get it, you can't address the point head on.He did meet Diaz in the ring, and got it on. And he did your favourite aswell, he got up off the canvas to win.

Khan was too concerned that he couldnt handle 147 so he found the worst possible opponents and drained one of them. that's not consistent with how you are pumping up his balls.Comment

Diaz is a 2X former champ and just drew the fight with Porter before fighting Khan, and give respect where its due Khan was badly Hurt in Round 4 and was still willing to fight after all that Punishment he couldn't recover from the 1st KD which was a serious full swing blind left hook that landed on his neck and could've Knocked anyone out.so you avoided the question and then brought up the ol' keyboard warrior schtick. Ok I get it, you can't address the point head on.

So now that he's finally found the balls to go up to 147 and is trying to fight the absolute best at that weight i suppose your backing him on that one right?Comment

He was taking punishment, but he was giving punishment as well. I don't like Khan, but you have to respect his balls, and he deserved a chance to turn things around.
There were 30 seconds left in the round, Danny had expended a lot of energy already, and it was a knockdown where Khan's ass didn't even hit the canvas.
Many fighters have gotten the benefit of the doubt in situations like that and come back to win the fight.
Marquez vs Pacquiao, Bradley vs Provodnikov, Corrales vs Castillo, etc...
He was not getting blown out, he was keeping it competitive in that round. He deserved a chance.Comment
