The president of Universal Promotions, Javier Bustillo, said he was 'surprised' with Puerto Rico's Thomas Dulorme decision to end their contractual relationship by buying him out, and he also bought out Lou DiBella, but Dulorme decided to remain with, Gary Shaw - the third partner of the promotional trio.
"Dulorme and his team made a rather attractive offer and this is a business. We'll see what's behind this, but I was surprised. He also bought out DiBella. I do not know who put up the money," he said.
