IMHO no one can beat Vitali at the moment.

The tyson story that came out last week about training in Florida is suspect at best.

I've spoken to another leading website that hasn't reported the story because they believe it to be false????

OK........... well I guess I'll try to get back on topic.

The Lennox Lewis theory was that both the Klitschkos, Vitali and Wladimir, liked to use their height, size, and European style to control their fights from the outside. It is that style and size advantage that elevated the brothers to the top of the heavyweight division.

Lennox Lewis's solution to both the klitschkos style was to charge them and keep pressure on them until they break. This approach seems to have contributed to the down fall of Wladimir from the top of the division and everyone will fight him that way until he figures it out.

Vitali on the other hand has proven to have better defensive skills than his harder punching younger brother. He easily seems to lean back away from punches and diminish their power. Lennox's charge them theory hasn't worked on Vitali.

So Vitali prefers to control the fight from the outside, but has proven to be effective against the charging, inside boxing style as well. I think the boxer with the best chance might be the taller jabbing type setting up the big punches. Beat him at his own game. The problem with this is, not many boxers are as tall or taller than Vitali.

You can argue that a lot of previous champions could have beaten him in their prime, and that's probably true, but I don't think any previous champion can beat him in their current aged condition, or any of the other three current champions. Someone will probably catch him someday, but don't be suprised if he's champion for a while.

I asked my friend "The Black Rhino" and he said he hasn't seen Tyson at the gym.

As for Vitali being unbeatable - they don't make such a fighter, and do not forget that he isn't that skilled to begin with, he lacks in many aspects of the game. He just happens to be bigger than everyone else, size will only get you so far, as we all saw, Lewis didn't even train for Vitali and he got the job done, and yes, he would have beaten Vitali if they didn't stop the fight. Vitali is lucky they didn't stop iy a couple of rounds sooner...
