I think this. Though a proper late stoppage, none of this "you took one punch, I'm stopping it" from the ref.

It's also worth noting that, as George was gassing a bit and Froch seemed to be edging those later rounds, Carl would have "won" on points anyway, as the judges only had him a point down at that stage.

I can't see how they reached that conclusion. It's also pretty disgusting IMO that Froch gets 85% of the cash.
