    i dont care to watch santa cruz. will tune in for this one though as i've always followed mijares. if he boxes anything like he did against arce, this might be close and santa cruz might have to adapt. i have a feeling mijares is gonna try to war it out though. mid-late stoppage for santa cruz in a competitive fight

      It's about time this **** got his **** together. He's looked awful ever since the loss to Darchinyan, which is a pity because he was one of the very best in the world and ever since then he's come in to fights in god awful shape. Seriously as if he hadn't trained a day for them.

      Great to know he's taking this a little more serious than his last bunch. I have a feeling it's too little too late though. Be very, very hard to come back in and be his great old self after years of slacking off now.

      We can only hope.

      Anyone thinking this is really amazing though....he's a natural flyweight. He used to make weight at flyweight comfortably. This just shows he's actually doing some training, not necessarily great training.

        bad move by Mijares, now he has 2 hold the weight 4 a month...he got screwed vs Terajaes but isn't good enuf 2 beat Leo...even if they fought every day...

          Mijares can win this. He has allways had good inside fighting skills and was very good at rolling with punches when he was prime.
