Every time Khan has overlooked an opponent he's ended up on his arse but usually when he's in a meaningful fight that he's not favourite to win he performs much better overall.

I think against Floyd he'd step his game up drastically. Still wouldn't be enough to win but at least by putting on a decent show he'd look good losing.

Khan was sensational v Kotelnik, Malignaggi, Maidana, McCloskey, Judah and wasn't terrible v Peterson, but they were 3-5 years ago. He really didn't look great again Julio Diaz. Which will have been 13 months ago in May.

If Khan fights like he did against Garcia he can win.

That Diaz performance which wasn't even at WW does not warrant the Floyd fight. As you say Khan was a top fighter in 2009-11. But i think the 3 hard fights vs Maidana,PEDerson and Garcia have taken there toll on Khan. Plus since Ariza being gone his punch resistance seems even worse.

To go back to the topic of this thread, if you are going on recent form, 2012-2013, then Khan is actually being overrated as he should not be in the mix/being talked about for a Floyd fight.

Your chin doesn't get better as you move up in weight. If anything, it will be more likely he'll get KO'd, because he'll be taking shots from bigger guys.

LOL if you think Angulo has been going hard in sparring, you're crazy. And for all we know, Angulo was dropping him a lot. Are you really going to deny that Angulo would KO Khan with ease, if he wanted to?

How can Khan have the fastest hands in boxing WHILE at the same time being second to someone (Floyd)? TS letting his nuthugging creep in thinking it won't be noticed.

But I'll never give him the credit because I'm still with the old school belief that top notch fighters should always at least attempt to avenge there loses, something he has yet to do.
                .
Ummm...he was signed to fight Lamont PEDerson in a rematch before that cheating twat failed a drug test. Khan got shafted in the first fight anyway.

Danny Garcia has never shown interest in a Khan rematch. Not saying he's avoided Khan, he's just gone a different path.

Prescott kept losing to mediocre fighters whilst Khan moved up in weight, was beating top fighters and unified at 140lbs. The rematch became less and less relevant.

Atleast Khan has never b!tched out and quit.
