If you were a promoter, who would worry you more?

David Haye or Joan Guzman. Say you have a load of cash invested in a promotion and Haye or Guzman are the headline. Haye is extremely likely to pull out with a bogus injury and Guzman will probably not even attempt to do the weight and the show will get cancelled by the commission. I think I'd be more worried by Haye - George Groves said he's a lazy trainer, he's going to have one bad spar and look to pull the plug.

For this I got to say Guzman, so much potential but so little dedication to his craft.

Haye would still remain relevant, all he needs to do is announce a fight and then pull out with an 'injury' that may threaten his career and a couple weeks later mention he can recover and start fighting again.
