I believe it. Pulev can be as big as he wants but his punch is as weak as they come. Heavyweights from any other era would have swarmed Pulev and beat him senseless instead of standing there like a sitting duck in front of him and playing into Pulev's game. Even Tyson Fury looks like Ali compared to Pulev.
