Cotto going to get hit with a straight left and realize he made a mistake. I can see him quitting in this fight

But that doesn't means he's chinny!!!! Cotto can take a good shot. Shane Mosley hit cotto with good shots (we know the power Shane has or do we forget what his power did to a steel chin margarito) and he didn't get to hurt. Judah stunned him with counter power shot but he kelp pushing forward. Paquiao dropped him (he also hurt margarito badly and dropped Shane Mosley also) and Torres dropped him. Cotto has an above average chin, even when he was weight drain!!!

Same boat man... I found a hotel for $98 or so right in Manhattan. I'll be staying from Saturday to Sunday.

Flight, hotel, tickets, food, transportation... it adds up to a nice amount when you're going with someone.

I am wondering how much the tickets will go for.

That will make it an 8 week camp which I dont think its enough. Cotto will be moving up in weight, he needs to work on his stamina which IMHO will be the deciding factor for Miguel. This will make or break Cotto.

As a hardcore King Cotto fan I tell you that Sergio is the real deal and if Miguel is not 100% his chances of victory are much more smaller.

I believe that a 12 week training cycle with emphasis on condition and strenght are key.

Also, as stated earlier he needs to seek solutions to Maravilla's speed and angles. King Cotto is the smaller guy and he cant afford to be pounded by Sergios lefts over and over again.

For Cotto this is career defining, legacy writting fight. This is for glory, he needs to be ready! He MUST be ready!

Come on Miguel!! Take this fight seriously!!

While Cotto isn't chinny, Martinez is one of the hardest punchers at middleweight. If Cotto was stunned by a weak punching junior middleweight in Austin Trout, what will a hard middleweight puncher do to him? Don't forget what Martinez did to Paul Williams, who likely had a better chin than Cotto.

This is what I have been trying to tell people. I fear for Cotto's health in this fight. He's one of my favorite fighters, I don't want him to fall in the ring like Apollo did versus Drago.

Cotto should not take this fight. Canelo was always the better option.

I concur. A relatively healthy Martinez is most likely be a late round stoppage ( around 10 rd) or a PWill knock. Either way, Cotto got balls of steel.

I wouldn't say Judah badly hurt Cotto but Cotto sux against southpaws. Watch his face puff up like the fish below against Martinez in the late rounds:
