Shouldn't Zab rematch Baldo before fighting Floyd?

I thought "Immediate Rematch" after the fight. I don't understand why there was no rematch clause to begin with.

Baldomir was the #1 mandatory challenger, therefore no rematch clause.

Baldomir stated after the fight, "that was the only way I could get a fight with Zab was being the #1 mandatory, so Zab can become my #1 mandatory if he wants to fight me again for the belt."
which i thought was awesome, sticking it to Zab like that. serves him right for being arrogant and disrespectful towards Baldy. or anyone for that matter.

I like Judah don't get me wrong. That's his main problem in fighting....he doesn't care. I realize his potential....hell everyone that's seen him win impressively has.

But the same can be said for him losing the first fight to Spinks....he doesn't give a damn. He stares into the crowd, and clowns around.

That's not the attitude that would make someone confident to bet on them....
