I heard that as well. Another fighter in the gym told me he whipped a lot of ass in there.

Not true. Spence was Floyd's main/lead sparring partner at that time. After the Guerrero fight, Spence is also seen in the crowd and Floyd walks up to him and says a few words and shows him his bruised hand.

And it's not the first time sparring partners caught Floyd with a nice punch. There was another sparring partner that hit Floyd and made him bleed out the nose a week or so before the Ghost fight.
