Canelo was in several top 10 P4Ps when he fought Floyd.

BTW, when Floyd fought Hatton (top 5 P4P), JMM (#2 P4P), and Mosley (#3 P4P) all back-2-back. Ya'll were b1tchin' about that too. LOL!!!

Floyd since 2003 has fought all the best names on his resume besides Canelo when they were way past their "primes". Ortiz,Guerrero and now Khan have no business in the ring with a talent like him anyways so I don't even care about those wins.
Red hot huh. When Floyd hit the divsion, Baldomir upset Judah for the title. Margarito was rebuilding from getting his ass kicked by Daniel Santos. Then turned around and got his ass kicked by Paul Williams. After beating Margarito, Williams got his ass kicked by Carlos Quintana. Cotto beat Mosley. Then Margarito cycled back around and beat Cotto. Williams got his revenge against Quintana, and never fought as a welterweight again. When Floyd came back, Mosley kicked the **** outta Margarito. Floyd fought Mosley. What the problem is???

You're morphing into STAX with every post. You're just about to reach Larry x proportions and should be up to Pacquiao'd within half an hour before eventually Reaching STAX at the very top of the spastic pole.

Yeah the ring magazine one controlled by which promotional company? Canelo was the most protected fighter I have seen in a very long time. He's more popular than skilled. His only big win was trout which was an extremely close fight... I clearly said in the showtime contract. Just for reference hatton lost to collazo IMO at ww so beating him there was okay. The jmm fight was a joke he looked fat at the weigh in; had to gain too much weight and floyd cheated the scales. Mosley was 38 but yeah that was a nice win no doubt.

Of course not. See, that would make me a P@ct@rd. I'm more of a lineal title guy. I'm more of a Ring magazine title guy. I like Floyd beat Baldomir, who beat Judah, who beat Spinks, who beat Mayorga, who beat Forrest, who beat Mosley, who beat DLH. See, I can trace the lineage on that title and see that it represented the top guy in the division. On the other hand, ya'll are b1tchin' about Floyd not fighting Margarito, for the WBO belt, which he won vacant against a bum named Antonio Diaz. That belt doesn't do it for me. But hey, you're a P@ct@rd. So beating Cotto for a paper blt that he won vacant against some bum named Michal Jennings is the stuff of legend. Or beating Margarito for some vacant trinket at 154 in a 150lb fight is the stuff of legend. Or beating some bum name David Diaz for a paper lightweight belt instead of fighting the lineal champ Casamayor or Nate Campbell who held three ABC belts. That's the stuff of greatness according to yo dumb, d1ckridin' ass. I bet you'd let Manny nutt in your face wouldn't you.

I'm sure he could have fought Margarito instead of Sharmba Mitchell or Zab Judah coming off a loss but OK....

And Margarito was a bigger fight than Baldomir. He didn't get paid more for fighting Baldomir and it wouldn't have done better than Margarito on PPV. Not to mention Margarito was clearly the better fighter.
