Alberto Mosquera (20-0-2, 13KOs) return on February 22nd, in a match against Fidel Monterrosa Munoz (31-8-1, 25KOs), for the interim WBC FECARBOX welterweight title. This is a rematch of their November 2012 clash, which Mosquera won by unanimous decision but then he tested positive for marijuana and the outcome was changed to a no-decision. The event takes place at Centro de Convenciones Figali in Panama City. Headlining the show is Luis "Nice" Concepcion, who faces Carlos Fontes in a clash for the WBC silver flyweight championship.
