Unfortunately, unlike other sports, there is no central league for EA to deal with, so they have to work with the fighters on an individual basis. I imagine many of the stars price themselves out of the game. They can only afford so many fighters per title, so they try to change it up with each release.

thats ****** floyd mayweather is like the biggest star in boxing right now and they dont even have him in there, and i still hate it how the fighters dont really look like them either oh well ill still see if this game is worth it at all.

yep floyd probably priced himself out, dumb move: he is not getting any popular with non-hardcore fans by NOT being in a game
