Hell no, like others said he was dropped by body shots early in his career. There were a lot of physics in play for KTFO6 to happen. I would be more concerned with the decline in Pacquiao's catlike balance and agility that got him knocked down the first time.

Pacquiao's first two ko losses were many years ago when he was poorly trained and very much lighter in weight. Since then his chin has held up well against many hard punching welterweights like Mosley, Margarito and Cotto. The great punch Marquez KOed him with would probably take out any welterweight. Khan has very recently been knocked down and knocked out by punches that were not as hard as some of the punches Pacquiao took from Cotto with no problem. The Pacquiao of today takes a punch far better than the Khan of today. There is no comparison. Put the Diaz Khan just fought in with Pacquiao and Pacquiao would walk right through him and KO him in 3 rounds or less.

Pacquiao gets hit repeatedly by way bigger opposition and stands, and was only put to sleep by a monster shot which he literally jumped in to. Khan gets hit by a cold air in his chin and this happens.

Everything that this guy said, plus the fact that not only was Khan KO'd twice but he also has been dropped about 5 times other than those 2 fights and some were against low level opposition. He was also rocked against Maidana and out on his feet and basically saved by Cortez. If you go watch the original Prescott commentary, they were questioning how his chin was even before that fight because he had been repeatedly dropped before that fight
