Do you not understand what Floyd just said? It's business first, if it was about legacy he would be facing the biggest threats and the best opponents out there. Do you consider Cotto,Ortiz,Robert and Canelo the best possible opponents out there, oh yeh this is boxingscene, a win over a gate keeper like berto or win over a Floyd impersonator in Broner automatically boost you up to p4p status

Big top 1 light middleweight Alvarez was the biggest threat to Floyd out there since that bout with Chico Corrales.

Pacquiao is an overhyped crap as a welterweight who lost 3 times at 147 and got smashed by a 40 year old lightweight that had been schooled by Floyd back in the days.

The only decent boxer around Floyd hasn't fought yet is Erislandy Lara. That's it.

Mayweather is a current top 1 welterweight light middlweight and p4p boxer.

He won't fight at 154 for the rest of his career.

The only guy he might fight there is Cotto (if he passes through Martinez... that's almost impossible).
