But every single expert in this world, would say that it is a very very tough fight for Floyd... causals listen to the opinions experts.

I think Mayweather vs. Lara would sell more than Khan/Maidana...

      Thoughts??
Casuals don't listen to experts and those so called experts are idiots/bias most of the times.

Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Who cares if it doesn't crack half a mill?? I don't work for GB or Showtime. I don't roll with Floyd so I don't care how much his ppv sells. Lara is a great opponent compared to Khan and Maidana.

          500-750k.

Lara is not mex and not "exciting." It would be similar to Lara v. Trout. I enjoyed that fight, but I could see a lot of casual fans not wanting to watch it.

People are overrating Lara's "threat factor" and how that would translate to sales.

It's mayweather's toughest fight outside of Martinez.

The "pay to see Floyd lose" buys only go so far.

It only works when the opponent is somebody casuals want to see win. So even though they want to see Floyd lose, they don't want Lara to be the guy to do it.

They would rather their favorite guy do it. Which is how Floyd makes millions for sparring sessions.

only way that would happen if it lara fights canelo and whoops him, that makes him a bigger name. problem is, canelo is currently borrowing floyd tactic and saying "lara who" and will prolly fight angulo, molina, kirkland, maidana etc.

why are pac fans against this? floyd-lara is 50-50 by the time it may happen

It would do Maidana numbers but Floyd doesn't do high risk low rewards, and why should he at this stage in his career?. He has made it clear and is proud of the fact that his matchmaking is based on what is best for him not the fans why would he fight someone who is more of a threat when he can getaway with feeding us either of the 2 **** sandwiches he wants people to eat.

Floyd fans feel khan is a top dog threat.
And maidana is hot right now.
                      And lara who to them.
Lmao. We all know lara takes floyd to the brink
