I came to ask the same thing. What the hell does it matter if Floyd fights in Canada, England, Australia or where ever? The real money is PPV, not gate revenue.

You guys have to understand that Floyd won't fight Lara until he fights in main event, and be the number one attraction of that main event.
You really think that Floyd is gonna face someone who fought on the undercard of the undercard in his last fight ?? Come on

Damn!!! Threads like this one really shows how a lot of posters on here don't really know much about the sport of boxing as a whole.

People are always blaming Floyd for being in "boring" fights, then they turn around and want him to fight Lara. This would be a brutal fight to sit through.

You could make the fight in the outskirts of Cuba and it still wouldn't sell out.

Lara is neither a PPV or live attraction. Neither does he stand a chance against Floyd, Lara is an overrated C+ fighter.

                He is money mayweather,so imo
He could fight anywhere and get his 1 m ppv sold
If he fights in miami ,that would be lara putting something on the table.

He will bring out a huge cuban population. And the arena would sell out.

You never said who you think would win .
People are tired of floyd beating someone we all knew he would anyway.
He is ranked nber 1 at 154 by espn and ring.
                So fight the best.

Better fight than Khan or Maidana.

Maidana should be fighting Keith Thurman.
                  Mayweather Lara
And Khan needs to actually beat someone at 147 ,I don't know Shawn Porter at least.

Doesn't really matter where they held it the attraction would be Floyd. Lara is a real challenger not that khan or Maidana b level ****sandwich they want us to eat, but his ppv side would do the same that Maidana would bring which isn't saying much he is no star, but at the same time he is higher risk so why even do that for no more reward Floyd team does not do high risk low reward.
