Ward is an asshole. They're part of the same team being trained by Virgil Hunter. Why would he go out of his way to humiliate Khan? He could have just played along, or at the very least just claim he went easy on him. Now there's a person I wouldn't want to be friends with.

I see people are clearly illiterate on this site, or just don't fully comprehend what they read, or just don't read at all.

First of all, how did Ward go out of his way?

It didn't take long before numerous fans were asking Ward to provide some juicy details on his sparring sessions with Khan. But there were no details to give, because Ward denied that any sparring sessions had ever taken place with Khan.

Like the majority of boxing news, fighters get approached with questions, and they answer. Ward was asked questions from fans, and he answered it honestly.

Jesus, Khan. You could've made your point solely with Angulo. You don't need to bring Ward into the equation when you've apparently never sparred him, and he's not even known as a big puncher.

Not really sure why this is a thing. Khan can eat big shots? Prove it and step in the ring with a big puncher at 147. Until then he can STFU. He could say he took shots from a prime Tommy hearns for all I care it still means **** until he does it in the ring.

A lot of truth to this post. Everything about him is snakelike, he ever looks like one. Probably why he stays ducking all the legit threats. He is one smug unlikable dude.

Hunter will probably tell Ward to be quiet as they're trying to get the Mayweather fight.

Wouldn't be surprised if in a few days Ward says he did spar with Khan but doesn't remember it.

I actually believe Khan. There is no way he would use social networks to lie about something he knows can get back to the sparring partner in question who can deny it and make him look bad. Plus, the naivete description that Ward is a hard puncher. I guess he did feel Ward's punches a lil bit considering that he is at least a Light-Heavyweight in between fights.

I think Ward's upset that the word got out...it's a documented fact that Ward is feather fisted so I'm not sure why he's so upset at Khan taking them
