I don't know if this would be a smart move for Garcia. If he manages to get outboxed by Paulie, it would be quite a setback and puts a big stain on his resume. Nobody with high aspirations should lose to this old version of Malignaggi... Malignaggi is supposed to be one of the recognizable names you add with a W to your resume, that has become the standard with him. Thing is, his boxing is still sharp enough to edge out a win againt any of these green young up and comers.

I don't know if the reward is worth it enough to take the risk of losing to Malignaggi.

It's a good fight if it happen, Paulie has all the skills and even at this age and after some of his beatings, he still has a lot left in the tank but Danny hits too hard and can box too. Paulie has always lacked power and that has stopped him being the best.

could be a good fight. I've become a Paulie fan for his work on Showtime so I'll be pulling for him, but Danny can also pull off the win. Danny shouldn't over look his next opponent tho. I've never liked it when boxers are talking about/negotiating a future fight when they have another one coming up soon
