As a kid, me and my boys used to catch the train downtown, walk to the Franklin Institute and jog the rest of the way to the Art Museum all the while humming that Rocky theme

That's not the original location of the statue though....I remember seeing at the Spectrum as a kid, whenever we went to a Sixers game or something we would always take pics next to it.....after they closed down the Spectrum the city moved it downtown to the tourist spots

I sometimes drive by there on my way home from work. I cant believe they were I my neck of the woods and I missed em.
That statue has moved around quite a bit. It was at the museum steps up top a long time ago. Then it went away for years. Not its back at the bottom of the museum.
