Can Showtime make Floyd fight someone?

Dude, give it a rest. I know in you guy's fantasy world that the Split Decision win was legit and that Oscar was game, but, in the eye's of every observer who has common sense saw that it was a lopsided fight. 9 rounds to 3, no reason for a rematch, especially from a part time Oscar. But, maybe your right. Maybe Floyd was afraid to lose that "precious little 0" to a man that he just shut out.I just think he did not want to fight Oscar again. He won a split decision. We all know Floyd loves that O he has. 147 was also hot he took a break to let it cool off.
Floyd is a great fighter no denying that but we all know he does look to fight the best people out their he likes low risk high reward minimal to no punishment.Comment

Showtime are looking for the biggest money fight for Mayweather, again they are looking at the biggest money fights, the option at the moment is khan and khan only sorry... He brings the biggest money to the table more than Maidana or Lara.Comment

De La Hoya foughtTalking about losing Money?? Then you Mention Lara and 2 HBO fighters..so Lara who has no fanbase at all and the 2 HBO fighters who Showtime would have to SPLIT MONEY WITH if the fights are even possible to make....come on people do ya'll think before posting? sure we want these fights but there are not even possible
Javier Castillejo
Yori Boy Campas
Felix Sturm
Who are these guys to be fighting on PPV? Nobody knew them.
Floyd can fight anyone. Especially when people like you consider them him to be "the face of boxing" "boxings biggest draw".
Every fight is possible.Comment

Margarito was the most dangerous man in boxing back then. That is what Floyd does though. He lets everyone fight each other and sits back and says see I told you about this and that guy.Last edited by tank17211; 02-08-2014, 02:31 PM.Comment

Floyd retired because 147 was hot. Floyd pretty much tells us he does not want tough fights. He does not want fights where he may get hit a lot. Do you disagree with that? Hes not the kind of guy to say Ill fight anyone. He is very careful in picking his opponents. Low risk high reward.Dude, give it a rest.
