Comments Thread For: Naseem Hamed: Carl Froch is Shot and He Should Retire

British legend Naseem Hamed was ringside last November when George Groves came very close to upsetting super middleweight champion Carl Froch. Hamed believes there were physical signs that Froch is now a shot fighter, and he advised the Nottingham fighter to retire from the sport. Hamed is backing Groves to win a potential rematch with Froch, and he expects Groves to win in impressive fashion. Matchroom promoter Eddie Hearn is trying hard to finalize a Froch-Groves rematch.

No, he's not. He was just overrated and Groves underrated.

Just because you were ignorant about GG before the fight doesn't mean that Froch is shot.

I think he's wrong, Froch wins the rematch imo.

Naz is the king, he really is. I remember he was Froch-Groves and before he said Froch would dust Groves early, after the fight he even had the nerve to say Froch was in control the whole fight. He was so biased towards him, they must of had an argument since then

Over dramatic to say the least.

About two years ago, Froch said he will retire when he would feel he's losing his legs...

Froch said he would quit when he could no longer hit his times in training.

I think he still has another 2-3 fights.

Yeah Princess Hamed you would know first hand about being shot, why don't you tell that to your twin of this era named Amir Khan..
