Over training is like under training;you get the same affect.A fighter gets
tired, weak, and is not sharp. That's why some fighters say "I left it in the gym"
If a fighter trains too hard in the gym,he has nothing left for the fight.

doesn't have to be too hard, the normal stresses of life can drive you to overtraining too

overwork is basically the same thing, you need time off from all this strenuous sht

I should've complained we over trained in boot camp.

Lack of progress in training or regression, constant fatigue, in ability to recover after the strenuous overload training puts on the body.

For a long time when I was younger I thought more was better but its not less can be more rest is so so important in order to train effectively.

you're weaker, slower, un-cordinated and all round just feel like sht

has happened to me about 7 times in my life when i first started boxing, afterwards which had me feeling fairly depressed wondering "what the ***, i thought i was making progress then all of a sudden, im worse off than when i started"

that was when i was young, wanted to train like the pros right away and had the idea of always pushing myself everday like society likes to place on youth attempting to compete in this sort of sport
