Floyd has been a pro boxer since the 90s's he has had a long career with a long time to build up and promote, and not only that but he has a public persona to add to everything not to mention he speaks english the only thing they have in common literally is how good and dominant they are, and nothing else . This has been discussed to nauseam already.

If Rigo was younger and got to a big undefeated record, he would probably also be viewed with intrigue by the boxing public but to be honest yeah as people say, weight class...language...not much exposure for the casuals or particularly fan friendly style (mainly for casuals). And Floyd is pretty much a one off when all's said and done, in terms of the publicity he brings.

He fights like he can read your mind and he's always 2 steps ahead of his opponent. Nobody beats Rigo easy but if Floyd and Rigo were the same size and they fought I think Floyd beats him easy.
