Is Floyd's stepping on Broners toes or helping him?

Do you guys think its messed up Floyd might possible fight Maidana? This could be Broner's big return if he can beat Maidana in a rematch. Floyd may also be doing Broner a favor because he may get beat again. It sounded like Broner legitimately wanted the rematch though.

well floyd fans say that floyd ruins every fighter he beats so I guess maybe he's softening up maidana for lil bro by ruining him so that broner can destroy him afterwards and say that he always was better than him he just had an off night on their first fight.

That's how this fight will play out.

You bring up a good argument.

And not only that but it might make the talent difference between both that much more noticeable, it might be an embarrassing thing for Broner. I don't see any way in which he would help Broner by taking the fight.

Now, imagine if Maidana actually managed to beat Floyd as well. Wouldn't that be something? He'd become an instant legend lol. Anything can happen in boxing an one well landed wild shot could end the night.

I had this same thought. Give AB a chance to avenge his loss, Floyd!! Nobody's trying to see you pick apart Maidana anyway.

It's all part of the master plan. Even Broner losing was part of the plan. Broner's going to get mad, start talking trash, and Mayweather's going to respond.

              Mayweather/Broner, May 2016.

Floyd is stepping on Broner's toes if he takes a Maidana rematch but to be fair he's almost forced into it. Golden Boy must know the Khan fight is a dud match that nobody cares about, at least with Maidana they can say he's a worthy contender who earned the fight.
