Why does Pacquiao's resume have so many of the same name?

He fought Erik Morales 3 times
He fought Juan Marquez 4 times
And Timothy Bradley at this point 2
And Marco Barrera 2 times edit (add in)

Thats 11 of his fights that are that are the same people over and over, now you normally see a ratio that high with some ATGS like Ray Robinson that happen to have 100+ fights or the Willie Peps, but this is a crazy rematch ratio.

Is this because of the people available or promotion issues or just alot of close fights?

well considering morales beat him and JMM had a draw with him and Bradley beat him I don't see how you're asking that question obviously he lost bunch of fights, had draws or very close fights with those fighters

Money. There was more name value and bigger paydays in fighting those guys than anyone else. Losing the first fight to Morales helped as well, as did the closeness of the fights with Marquez. There were reasons for those rematches.

Bradley's different, that's only happening because of Top Rank's lack of names and the robbery.

Because he's fraud created by the media to be a great fighter but you can't be great fighting the same style over and over again.

Maybe PAC is really ******ed and can't handle different styles.

He lost to morales, Marquez, and Bradley decent fighters but I wouldn't confuse any of those fighters as having a difficult style to figure out.

If you keep fighting the same fighters it's easy to look good.

Like Floyd says, boxing is a business. Manny brings excitement, and that brings the business.

                Manny MONEY Pacquiao

you say it like its bad thing, he rematched the greatest fighters of his era and beat them all.

If he hadn't rematched JMM after their first fight (a draw which should have been scored for Pacman), yall be pissing yourself, screaming "where the rematch??!!"

Not sure what this means. But it sure as hell sounds ignorant.
