I'm based in the UK myself and I will be very surprised if Khan isn't in the lead by this time tomorrow if not before.

How can people actually vote to see Khan get KO'D? Like if there is one fighter Mayweather has a 100% chance of KOing then it is Khan. Maidana is easily the better choice to pick.

You may have a point but in Mayweather's case he better hope Maidana wins because he can have a far better chance selling a PPV vs Maidana because of the Broner fight. Khan is a fight that does ZERO for him. Maidana has a belt and hes a legit fighter at 147 on top of that he has a major buzz right now because of the Broner fight.

Khan doesn't deserve ****. This dude looks bad for 3 straight fights and then he ducks Alexander so he can try to get a massive payday. If he would have fought and beat Alexander then he would have had far more leverage trying to get this fight. Maidana actually deserves this fight and he has a far better selling point then Khan for Mayweather.

Interesting. Based on what somebody might find on Twitter this is already over. People up there have all but officially declared Maidana Mayweather's next opponent. Surprised it's so close still or whatever.

I've just checked the poll and it's now:

Amir Khan (8801 votes) 49% - Marcos Maidana (9331 votes) 51%

That doesn't bode well for Khan if Maidana's getting more votes at 1 o'clock American time than Amir's getting at 7 o'clock UK time.

He needs to get in touch with his pal Paul O'Grady for a tea-time plug.

If Khan had fought and beaten Alexander for the IBF title this wouldn't even be a debate. He would have EARNED his shot at Mayweather. He didn't though. He doesn't deserve a shot and he hasn't earned the right.
