Berto had good power and hand speed is a prototype Broner. He was never that good. Berto's head/foot movement are horrible. Berto represent the hype that goes with Al Haymon fighters. Some of them very overrated.

Ortiz has low pain threshold and is a mental case. This has always been the case.

His only shining moment is against Berto.

Berto has been pretty much exposed.

Ortiz has been given two confidence fights and lost both.

Both are pretty much done.
