It took Golovkin about 8-9 months to become as popular as Ward.

      Nevermind who he is.
... he's some bloke that princess Ward is tapping her foot saying with a spoiled little girl's voice: "I want him, give him to me, I want him right now!"

Do you really think cotto would face triple g?!
Cotto won't even fight Lara. Cottos going straight to ginger after Sergio

Cotto fought Trout when he didn't have to. Got back in the ring with Margarito too. Was down to rematch Pacquiao. I think he would fight Golovkin. I don't think he should, but I think he would. He's just that sort of competitor.

Andre Ward is the one that needs his star quality boosted. Does not draw big crowds or T.V. audiences, nor is he an exciting fighter.

No wonder Andre had to get a second job because being a fighter was not earning him a great deal.

Ward needs Golovkin far more than Golovkin needs Ward.

Many big fights out their for GGG, and very few for Ward especially without moving up.

If the fight gets made Ward will have to dance to GGG tune in negotiation, because his star is just shining brighter and brighter, whilst Ward's is just fading away.

Too bad Andre cannot comprehend this.

Cotto would... but I don't think that anybody (near to GGG) can put on the table the kind of money Cotto gets from the martinez and Canelo fights...

Canelo might be champ by then, but then I think Cotto would chase a FMJ rematch. Anyway, I think Martinez beats him.
