He fought once in 2011, twice in 2012, and twice in 2013. Now this would be okay if he was Mayweather, Ward, Pacquiao, Marquez, Bradley, Hopkins, Martinez, Cotto, Froch etc. But he is a prospect, a 30 year old prospect and the guys he's fighting are journeymen, not top fighters that warrant only fighting twice a year.
He is undefeated with 21 wins, a 5' 11" welterweight with very good boxing skills and very little pop. They need to get this guy a better name than Demetrius Hopkins before he is 40 years old.
