GGG-Ward is a 'Dre blowout that would kill the GGG's momentum stone-dead.

Floyd-GGG is much more appealing I would love to see Gennady touch up Mayweather with that power. Floyd got wigged out by Cotto's punches, imagine him getting feeling GGG's punching power. Oh, it would be beautiful.

I say GGG/Ward. I think Gennady would perform better at 168 in terms of power and maintaining that same speed than dropping down to a 154. Jr. Middleweight may sacrifice some power. He's become more solid. I can see him getting up to 168 easier than getting down to 154. Plus, in terms of styles, Ward would get up close and personal with GGG. Floyd would horse around too much with ring acrobatics and avoid a serious exchange. IMO.

I agree. He comes in at 158. something. He isn't a small dude and probably doesn't have to work hard to keep that weight. He does a lot of strength training. I could definitely see him climbing to 168. Just not anytime this year.

Yea, he is by beating overrated Saul, Cotto who's soul was eaten by Pacquiao and Margo, and DLH via questionable decision despite Oscar's long break after beating Bum-bum Mayorga.

Floyd is a relatively small welterweight and really has no business fighting GGG.

Even though GGG is a small middleweight, he used to fight at super middle as an amateur so there is no reason why he cannot go up and test the waters there. I understand that he wants to be "The" Middleweight Champion first though. Let him get Martinez first.

So many double standards around here, people should just admit they hate Mayweather and would condone any type of match up to see him lose! The more realistic match up is Ward vs GGG, which is an even fight in my opinion (Skill/Power vs Skill/Speed). After that fight Ward should move up to 175lbs......
