I forgot to mention one of the parts I really liked in this episode was in the beginning. They showed Cotto the quote from Roach making the point that Cotto has no trainer, Cotto was the trainer and that was one of his biggest faults, then Cotto agrees. And wonders out loud what would have happened had he gotten with someone like Roach much earlier. Thats a big pill to swallow.
Well, to me, Martinez seems to have won the mental battle. But let's not forget that Groves was winning the mental battle against Froch until he stepped up in the ring.

But Martinez, with his experience and charisma, is certainly no Groves.

That said Martinez looks really soft, not sure when this footage was filmed but in every scene he looks far softer than I have ever seen him. Not good.....

On the other hand Cotto does look renenergized, happy, fierce and in great shape. I think we will have ourselves a war people. One thing about Sergio he has a champions heart even if Father Time has caught up with him.

I saw a pic of Sergio just a few days ago and he looked ripped. He's already at like 162 this far out from the fight.

How much you got on Sergio mathed?

I know you are going big to recoup from the Groves loss.

I am thinking about a hundo.

I didn't put too much on Groves because I thought there might be some shady stuff on the cards because of Froch's popularity.

I'm putting about a hundo on Sergio for this fight. Cotto is a warrior so he might make it all 12 but I think he will take a lot of punishment as Sergio looks to want to make a statement that he isn't washed up and he doesn't appear to care too much for Cotto.

I think I will bet the under too, even though I don't even know what that is yet.

Yes but not faster than Mosley and I don't see him as much stronger than Mosley either.

Either that or the doctors gave him a little something extra to help rehab his knee.

                    • I don't get it.... I just don't.

When it was announced I didn't care for the fight, I thought it was a huge mismatch and just a gimmick....

HBO actually convinced me that this is going to be interesting....I'm excited for this fight now.
